Shipping policy

Delivery Terms:
If products are in stock and if payment is identified as cleared funds in our bank account, Products are sent 1-2 days after receiving your payment. You have two choices of Courier companies to get the product delivery. Please note that we do not have any control over the courier companies' delivery times.

Option -1
Fast, reliable and your parcel can be tracked from our website. Most of the deliveries are done same day or overnight. Some bulkier items like Monitor and case, to South Island , would take 2-3 business days.

Option -2
ORDINARY COURIERS - Slightly Cheaper but takes 3-5 working days or more to deliver. Track & trace can not be done from our website or from their website. Even their records are updated only after the product is delivered.
If a package is lost in transit then it takes about 3-5 weeks to track or claim for insurance.

*Packaging & Delivery - Rotorua by Courier Post, takes 1-5 days (Usually Overnight).
$7.99 first item, $2.50 each additional.

*Packaging & Delivery – North Island by Courier Post, takes 1-5 days (Usually Overnight).
$9.99 first item, $4.50 each additional.

*Packaging & Delivery - South Island by Courier Post, takes 1-5 days (Usually Overnight).
$10.99 first item, $4.50 each additional.

*Packaging & Delivery - Rural Delivery within New Zealand by Courier Post, takes 1-7 working days (Usually 1-2 days).
$12.99 first item, $4.50 each additional.
